Refrigerated Freezer Cold Storage Warehouse Chamber Room For Meat

A standard cold storage setup comprises two primary subsystems: the thermal enclosure and the refrigeration system.

1. Thermal Insulation Enclosure

PU Panels: Polyurethane (PU) sandwich panels featuring cam-lock mechanisms or tongue-and-groove joints for tight sealing. Typical densities range between 40-42kgs/m³

Panel Thickness Guidelines:

Chiller Room(0 to 5℃): 75mm to 100mm panels;

Freezer Room(-18 to -25℃): 120mm to 150mm panels

Blast Freezer Room(-35 to -40℃): 200mm panels

Doors: 

Heavy-duty swing or sliding doors equipped with safety release handles from the inside, heated frames (for freezers to prevent gasket freezing), and air curtains.

Refrigeration Equipment

Compressor Unit: Scroll, semi-hermetic reciprocating, or screw compressors (CHINA, USA, Germany brand) matched to thermal load requirements.

Evaporator (Air Cooler): High-efficiency unit cooler with electric, hot gas, or water defrosting depending on room temperature.

Condenser: Air-cooled or water-cooled condensing unit tailored to local ambient conditions.
