In the process of construction and use, the insulation and moisture-proof performance of the insulation material may be damaged, leading to moisture, deformation, and even erosion of the insulation layer, its heat insulation ability decreases, the cooling loss of the cold storage will increase, and the decrease of the storage temperature is significantly slowed down.
Another important reason for the large cooling loss is the poor sealing performance of the cold storage, and more hot air enters the cold storage from the leakage place. Generally, if there is condensation in the sealing strip of the cold storage door or the cold storage heat insulation wall seal, it means that the seal is not tight.

Therefore, in the daily operation and maintenance, attention should be paid to timely remove the oil on the inner surface of the evaporator heat transfer pipe and discharge the air in the evaporator, so as to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator.
Improper adjustment or blockage of the throttle valve will directly affect the refrigerant flow into the evaporator. When the throttle valve is opened too large, the refrigerant flow is too large, the evaporation pressure and evaporation temperature also increase, and the decline speed of the cold storage temperature will slow down. At the same time, when the throttle valve is opened too small or blocked, the refrigerant flow is also reduced, the cooling capacity of the system is also reduced, and the temperature drop speed of the cold storage will also slow down. Generally, the throttle refrigerant flow is judged by observing the evaporation pressure, evaporation temperature and the frost of the suction tube.
Throttle blockage is an important factor affecting the flow of refrigerant, and the main cause of throttle blockage is ice and dirty plugging. Ice blocking is due to the poor drying effect of the dryer, and the refrigerant contains water. When the refrigerant flows through the throttle valve, the temperature drops below 0℃, and the water in the refrigerant forms ice and blocks the throttle valve hole.
