A freezer at the right temperature in summer
Summer freezer freezing is generally -18℃.
For frozen food, the lower the freezing temperature, the better the quality of food will be maintained, however, we also have to consider the economy, the lower the freezing temperature, the greater the power consumption, the higher the requirements for freezing equipment, for most frozen food, minus 18℃ is the most economic freezing temperature after a variety of trade-offs.
Precautions for freezer placement:
1. Put it away from heat source and away from direct sunlight. Because of the need for heat exchange with the outside world when working, it radiates heat to the outside world through the condenser.
2, Put in the place of low humidity, because the refrigerator, freezer shell, condenser and compressor are metal materials, if the air humidity is too large, will make these parts rust, shorten the service life of the refrigerator. At the same time, the humid and overheated environment will cause condensation on the surface of the refrigerator and affect the performance of electrical appliances.
3, put in a well-ventilated place, if the freezer around the debris, or too close to the wall, is not conducive to heat dissipation will affect the refrigeration effect. The top surface of the freezer should be left at least 30CM high space, and the back and two sides should be left at least 10CM space for heat dissipation.
4. Place on a flat, solid ground, and keep the compressor level. This is not only necessary for safety, but also allows the compressor to work smoothly and reduce vibration and noise.
